Operation Bunny Love
As we’ve done in the previous six years, MCCV has a goal to deliver hundreds of stuffed bunnies and similar plush Easter toys to worthy charities such as the L.A. Mission, L.A. Children’s Hospital, and LGBT Elder Housing (Triangle Square in Hollywood) the weekend before Easter. Bring the bunnies to church through March 28 and watch them multiply! Audrey Antley is the contact person for Operation Bunny Luv.

Haiti Aid
- Dinner & Concert
MCCV presents a Concert for Haiti Aid coordinated by Deacon J.J. Kawan and Clergy Intern Darren McDonald.
The People of Haiti need our help. Come join us for good music, good food, and a silent auction to raise money to aid Haiti. A dinner at 6:00 PM is catered by Layne Sanden. The silent auction also begins at 6 PM. The concert follows at 7:00 PM. (It is very likely that we will have a celebrity emcee!) Entertainment features new artists sharing their talents and MCCV artists sharing all new music.
Entrance fee is $10 which includes dinner. No one is turned away for lack of funds. All proceeds will go to Rainbow Fund – rainbowfund.org – designated for Haiti, where 100% will go to HIV positive Haitians.
We are in need of donations to the Silent Auction, sponsors for event expenses, and volunteers for the evening. Please see Darren, JJ or Pastor Bob.

Old Testament story
- MCCV Handbell Choir
The MCCV Handbell Choir will be performing a charming version of a classic Old Testament story, complete with narration and handbell sound effects. We won't tell you the name of our story quite yet, but one of the pictures above may provide a clue for some of you... As always, we look forward to performing for you soon.

Seder Meal
- (Christian-adapted)
at Sanctuary
An evening Christian-adapted Potluck Seder Meal. It is a service and meal conducted with all of the spirituality of the Last Supper where Jesus instituted the sacrament of Holy Communion. Please sign up on the sheet in the Social Hall or phone the Church Office so we know how much lamb and ritual foods to prepare. A potluck dinner is incorporated in the service – please bring some food to share. The Seder itself is scheduled to start at 6:30, but please feel free to join us in progress at any time; the potluck portion is around an hour into the service.
