Welcome to A Church Alive MCC in the Valley Website
MCC in the Valley is an inclusive and green Christian community of faith. We are part of a worldwide movement of the MCC denomination founded by Rev. Troy Perry in 1968, the year before Stonewall.
Our vision is to practice God’ radical inclusive love as modeled by Jesus the Christ and coloring outside of the lines as prompted by the Holy Spirit. We want to introduce you to our mission, vision and values that we hold important because we are a house of prayer for all people.
As a Church, we believe that there is a place for everyone – Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgendered, Intersexed, and Heterosexual – in their spiritual search and journey. We invite you to browse our website, join us for worship on Sunday morning at 10:30 or for one of our spiritual practices on Thursdays. Join us live or virtually. We broadcast our Sunday Services live and then they are archived on Ustream for later viewing. You can also watch our Transgendered Worship Service which is pre-recorded, and goes live Sunday afternoons on Ustream.
Browse and enjoy! We hope to meet you in person or online.
